Gabriel Giglemiani graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Economics and Business and he earned Master’s degree in Economics.
He has been working in the field of public finance management since 2017. He has experience working in the executive branch. In particular, in 2017-2019 he worked as a Senior Specialist in the Finance and Budget Department of the Finance and Budget and Procurement Service of the Gardabani Municipality City Hall. From 2020 to June 1, 2026, he held the position of Chief Specialist of the Finance and Budget Department of the “Public Service Hall”. Since June 1, 2026, he has been the Chief Specialist of the Budget Analysis Division of the Parliament Budget Office of Georgia.
Gabriel Giglemiani has participated in various training related to public finances and budgeting.
He speaks Georgian and English languages.
